Paid-in-Full Online Order Cancellation Policy
Online orders include custom cakes, traditional cake orders, and retail orders.
Future Pickup Orders
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
After the 24-hour window, a $20 service fee will be retained to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
Orders cancelled more than 36 hours before the scheduled pickup date may be issued a store credit (gift card) minus a $10 service fee.
Orders cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup date are non-refundable.
Same-Day Pickup Orders
Orders cancelled on the same day of purchase for same-day pickup are non-refundable.
Changes to Orders Policy
Changes made within 72 hours are subject to availability, and additional flavours cannot be guaranteed.
Custom cake order changes may be requested and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
